Brandicorp leveraged experience in the Green Township submarket to identify and acquire a parcel located along Harrison Ave. just under ½ mile from the I-74 interchange. The site is located at a corner with signalized access, in a market with significant topographical barriers to entry. 

Brandicorp deployed its development and construction management expertise to plan, design, and perform the requisite horizontal and vertical construction to create prime retail space in a market whose demand exceeded its supply givens its topographical constraints. 

Brandicorp leased the retail space to Starbucks and Chipotle – two of the best operators in the restaurant industry – and enabled those brands to capture the market demand for their offerings.
