St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Dallas-based Greenbrier Development are partnering on the senior-living community, named for Fort Mitchell’s namesake, Maj. Gen. Ormsby MacKnight Mitchel. The seven-story community, restricted to those 62 and older, will offer 203 residential units – 67 one-bedroom units, 136 two-bedroom units and 48 beds in a health center, according to planning documents.
