Case Study: Bluesky Shoppes

• Brandicorp leveraged experience in the Green Township submarket to identify and acquire a parcel located along Harrison Ave. just under ½ mile from the I-74 interchange. The site is located at a corner with signalized access, in a market with significant topographical barriers to entry. 
• Brandicorp deployed its development and construction management expertise to plan, design, and perform the requisite horizontal and vertical construction to create prime retail space in a market whose demand exceeded its supply givens its topographical constraints. 
• Brandicorp leased the retail space to Starbucks and Chipotle – two of the best operators in the restaurant industry – and enabled those brands to capture the market demand for their offerings.
